Dear experts,
I have to weld one plate which is on the top of shell plate which is fillet joint,
Which welding position we have to choose 4 G or 4 F, 
2nd it is not completely 4F,  it is like 3 F.

your quick response will be highly appreciated.

Friend 3F vertical, 4F overhead, why u have don't choose it.

Please qualified welder in both position , 3F & 4F Position (  if Welder Qualified in 3G & 4G Position welder  will be  eligible for  3F & 4F Position welding  as per ASME Sec. IX. ).
