Life Time of a Weld

Dear experts,

Is it posiible to specify the Life Time of a Weld.
for example : how many month have been passed after welding?

You can see the welding inspection reports, there will be date on it.

Dear Enayat,

Life assessment is often related to some predefined materials which are operating in hard conditions such as hot temperature. These assessments are based on changes in microstructure to find some secondary phases which formed under operation time. So the material which you want to assess should has capability to form some kind of microstructure marks after some time of operation as milestones.
