I could not find what is the base metals qualified range as per D1.1 

could someone help me, please ?

Dear Experts,

Thank you very much.

my question was not complete i appologies for that, However i appreciate for the answer. Table 4.11 shows dimensions and thickness limits only. The Table 4.12 was more informative for me. With that I understood that:

• Base Metal is not an essential variable for WPQ.
  
• A welder who is qualified for the F- Number Range may weld any metal in a qualified WPS using that F-number.
• there is no concept of p number as in ASME BPV Section 9

Please advice if otherwise.
