You won’t find a specific para for weave width, other than ASME section 9, relating to your WPS that has been qualified. Maximum weave width shall be as stated in your WPS (welding procedure).
I believe this will be true for other Standards.

Its depends on the PQR.
Weaving tends to increase the heat input on the material.
