Min BHN value

Dear Experts,

What is the minimum hardness value for alloy steel pipe material(A335 P11,P22,P5) and which code have to refer. Our contract documents specifies max. BHN value only. So, pls tell me the details.

Try in B31.3. If not only in scientific publications relevant to creep resistance. For P91 the bibliography us giving 191HV minimum after PWHT
