HELLO SENTHILCUMAR,
Before proceeding with the requalification of the welder under ASME Section IX, it should be verified if this welder qualified under API 1104 covered the essential and non-essential variables requested by ASME Section IX. If there is equality of criteria in the welding variables and the DT & RT, just by performing an x-ray as a test, it is valid too.
