HYDRO TEST reference standard with clause number.

Dear experts,

we generally carryout hydro test with 1.5 time design pressure and holding time of 60 minutes with two pressure gauges. one at inlet and another at top vent.

can any one provide me from which standard and clause we use this procedure. particularity for 60 minutes holding time i need reference clause/standard

Note: this is for air receiver / Pressure vessel.
