TEST REQUIRED FOR FILLER WIRE AS PER ASME SECTION II PART C

Dear all,

What Test is required for filler wire as per ASME section II part C and what dimensions we have use for testing plate for filler.

Which specification and AWS  wire ?

Pl refer respective specification/AWS name for required tests  in ASME SEC II C 

The consumable mfg er  will issue certificate as per that specification .

If you need particular batch to be tested  and need results which was shipped to you , this requirement  shall be addressed in Consumable PO thr TDC

pls refer ASME Sec IIC , with  referance to AWS classification of each filler wire /Electode  and  refer SFA 5.01 for testing requiremnts and refer respective SFA for test coupons prepation based on different testing requiremnts .
