PSV Testing

If PSV having flange rating 300 X 600, which rating is considered for testing Body & Bonnet, as per B16.34.

#600 rating because #600 flange for inlet and #300 is for outlet (exhaust) flange

2.3 Valve Selection

For valves described in this standard, inlet and outlet
flange sizes and pressure-temperature ratings shall conform
to the data in Tables 2 through 15 for spring-loaded valves
and Tables 16 through 29 for pilot-operated valves. Inlet and
outlet pressure limits are governed by the flange
pressure/temperature limits or by the manufacturer’s design
limits, whichever is lower.

I have checked  ASME VIII-1 UG-136 d)2)-it is not clear that  "Body and bonnet is tested at the outlet flange pressure rating."
