Insulating gasket

Dear all

Can anyone help me with precommisionng check list for the piping system where flanges are used dissimilar material and used insulating gasket kit for 2500#  RTJ/RF gaakets.

What are the minimum checks or tests or inspections will be carried out as a part of commissioning to verify or satisfy that installed gaskets functions properly and isolation of dissimilar material is maintained.

Material selection type, instaltion is correct and verified ..exclude those scenarios.

As I know there will be an electrical continuity test carried out to ensure the positive isolation. I hope anybody from Cathodic Protection field can give a clear picture.
