Blind thickness for hydrotest

Dear Experts ,
        i need some clarification 
i need 50mm thickness blind for hydrotest,but i dont have that thickness so can i use welded  30mm+20mm blinds for it?
Pls. suggest .

Usually (as per code practice too), defined blind to be used. Sometimes plate blinds allowed with inspector permission but thickness can’t be achieved using layers.

thickness calculation for temporary blanks as per code B31.3  for your reference.
