One WPS with 2 PQR possible or Not ?

Dear sir,

we have 2 nos PQR ,
first ( GMAW+SMAW ,THK QUALIFIED 28mm ) & second wtih ( GTAW+SAW, Thk qualified 60mm)
i will compile both two make new new (GMAW+SMAW+SAW) is ok or not??
