WPS FOR 321H

Dear experts , can anyone share me the wps for 321H.Am getting confused for the selection of filler material, ER347 or ER 16-8-2.Please support .

E16-8-2 is often specified to minimize ferrite when the weld deposit will be exposed to high temperatures

What is service of the equipment ?(Operating temperature ?)?

The ER321  is compatible wire .

for TYP 347/321 base metals -ER 16 8 2 is deployed when the weld need less FN   when operating temperatures  are higher (> 500 Deg C )

I need to replace the roof and bottom plate of a tank. I need to select a welding rod that is compatible with 304H-321H steel. Would 347 welding rod work?

If process operating temperature > 500 Deg C , Use ER 19-10H & E308H-xx

If process operating temperature < 500 Deg C ) , Use ER 347

Dear Sir,

When welding 304H to 321H stainless steel, we typically use a 347 filler material which contains a stabilized form of stainless steel, and less sensitive to intergranular corrosion, and has a high resistance to oxidation.

if we select ER321H , there will be loss in Titanium across Arc stream, It is better to 347H
