Hi Jenish,
Typically, any weldolet welding involves, high volume of weld metal and high residual stress. SS 347H is prone to “Stress Relaxation Cracking” if the welding parameters, weld ferrite, welding consumable chemistry (C:Nb ratio)is not controlled & more..
Do a detailed inspection for the root cause. If the indications are due to common welding technique related, such as “LOF”, then the solutions are easy. If these are cracks after Stabilizing HT then the above mentioned cracking is one of the root cause/s. One has to carefully grind and weld repair. Smaller areas may be repaired by “Controlled Deposition Technique”.
