Required WPS for Martensite with CS

Hi Guys

I have 12Cr13 (Equivalent to martensitic stainless steel)  with Q355B (equivalent to ASTM A572 Grade 50)

Has any one WPS covered welding of above two materials?

3.What is the thickness?

4. What are service conditions

5 Is this pressure part or non pressure part
