PQR for carbon steel with S'S lined

Dear experts,
I have a situation I have to weld CS with SS lined pipe to CS with SS lined elbow.
CS pipe 10"/21.9mm with S'S clad 3mm internally
Pwht required, impact test not required.
Code of qualification- SEC IX & ASME Div II requirements.
Request you all to please advise on possible PQR qualification scenarios.

Dear Irfan,

You will have to provide more details like the St detail,  the CS details and the operating characteristics (MDMT)

Read QW217  requirements,  either (a) or (b) whichever is applicable to your case, then put forward your proposal, in case if you need further clarifications.........

Dear raghuram,
Thnx fir the info I have checked in  QW 217 requirements and my case falls in QW 217 (b) becomes our cladding part is not included in design
