Preheat temperature of EN10025 S 275 JR and S355JR

Dear Experts,

I have to weld S275 JR and S355JR  of unlimited thickness as per AWS D1.1 but the material are unlisted material.  In Table 4.9 the unlisted material preheat temperature is not shown but in WPS what temperature I should provide and on what basis.
