For preparing WPS on old PQR

Dear expert's,

I have pqr on material A516 GR.70 (SLEEVE) and A106 GR. B as per API 1104 APPENDIX -B. 

can I write a new WPS on the base of this PQR for material A537 CL.1 (SLEEVE) and API 5L X60.

 other parameters are same.
