Can you please provide me some info on courses in corrosion engineering related to oil and gas industry (upstream & refining) which are organised by institutes such as NACE in India and Europe ?

You can go for Senior Corrosion Technologist or Materials Selection & Design offered by NACE. It is an open book exam offered through out the year.
