Consumable Testing

Dear Expert,

The below table from ASME SFA 5.22, Normally we are getting the consumable with Chemical analysis and Mechanical properties. The test required for the last item for superoot filler wire Chemical, Radiographic, Tension & Root bend is required.

 

 

The manufacturer providing the MTC with Chemical and Mechanical properties, Rest other test is not done.

 

Is it mandatory test for superoot filler wire (Radiographic, Tension & Root bend) or we can avoid. Send your valuable input in line with code reference.
