I have a question regarding the use of a groove weld WPS for plugging a tube in an exchanger and whether it is necessary to qualify a Tube-to-Tubesheet (TTS) WPS instead. I would greatly appreciate your insights on this matter.As per my understanding since it is a fillet weld we can do. If not please provide me reference.
