Opening of Nozzle in Weld in Dished End.

Dears

Construction Code-ASME Sec 8, Div-1. Nozzle hole is fouling in the Welding of Dished End Petal Construction. Is it permissible?. Throw your valuable inputs.

Generally client will restrict any openings in pressure retaining welds, however code requires additional RT

You have not mentioned joint effect. If the construction is with full radiography, you can go ahead.
