Dear experts,

kindly suggest filler wire for welding SA350 LF2 to SA 516 Gr. 70 and IS 2062-B.

any extra precautions required during welding?

Dear

The material is LTCS it comes under P.no :1 Electrode :E7018 & filler wire : ER 80s Ni-1 or 2 or ER70s6 use can use depending upon your PQR & project Specification

precaution need to maintain preheat ,Heat input & Weaving shall not exceed three times of electrode dia it is very very important to monitor & advice to all welders prior to welding conduct tool box talk

conduct hardness test randomly to verify to cross verify with in the acceptance criteria

why not ER70 S2 instead of ER70 S6.
