Increase of Carbon equivalent

Good day, 

Ref std :AWS D1.1

Material : EN 10025 275 JR to 275 JR.

We have qualified the PQR with CE 0.37. 

Now we are receiving the material having CE 0.39.

Please advise is it required additional PQR qualification.
