Fillet weld requirements for Tank

Dear Friends 

I need info about Fillet welding requirements in Tank

24" x12MM machined flanges with 17.48mm Nozzle pipe welding and nozzle Pipe will insert up to 6mm in flange. What are the welding requirements. 

Refer attached drawing.

Can any one advice please.
