Allowable tolerance

Dear experts 
my query is , what is allowable tolerance in length , diameter , thickness for material receiving inspection of following ( please mention reference code   )
1) pipe ASTM 312 TP 304  , SIZE 3/4" , THK : 2.87 mm , Length : 6 m 
2) fittings  ASTM A 403 WP 304 , THK : 3.38

ASME 36.19
ASME B16.9
ASME B16.11
ASTM A960

sir 
apart from material standard,  ASME SEC II PART A , Have guidelines for tolerance  , can i follow that  ?
