Is there UT mandatory as per API5LD? For claded product . Weld overlay on pipes.

API 5LD is not very clear on this, std needs a revision to address this along with other issues (there are many problems with this std). However, I would recommend you to perform UT for disbondment inspection as per the criteria laid in Clause 11.1 of API 5LD
