Dear All Expert

Refer to QW 404.14 of ASME Sec IX.

Do we need to run new PQR for using TIG dressing/wash to correct pipe alignment as per ASME B31.3& Sec IX.

In my opinion I think process of TIG dressing should not be subjected to QW 404.14 because it's doesn't join two part together.

I'd appreciate all of your sharing and reference.
