SA105 material -fully killed steel requirement

Dear Experts,

Please advice whether for SA105 material, fully killed steel is required to be mentioned in the MTC.

SA-961 which is the basic spec for forgings specifies in para. 5 that steel must be fully killed. So since SA-105 makes reference to SA-961, the steel for SA-105 has to be fully killed. However, both standards do not require to have this info on the MTR
