regarding under cut and concavity in welder qualification

Dear Sir,

      1.please provide me acceptance values for under cut and concavity for welder qualification(asme sec9).
       2. is it true that as per ASME sec 9 undercut is not consider for welder qualification.

QW-302.4 requires a visual examination per QW-194.  QW-194 requires complete joint penetration and complete fusion.  Concavity would be considered not complying with the requirement for complete joint penetration.  However, undercut within manufacturers quality requirements would be acceptable as per Interpretation IX-01-03.
