Dear All,

Please support me to prepare  WPS, PQR & WQTR.

Details as below - 

Base Material – ASTM A 494 Gr. CU5MCUC.

Location to weld – Seat ring Area (Valve Seat ring).

Alloy 625 + Sttellite.

Base materials thickness – 15 mm

Welding Process - PTA Process (Plasma transferred arc welding).

Please let me know for P No, A No, F No. welding rod, and let me know any guidance on  ASTM A 494 Gr. CU5MCUC qualification and requirements and sample WPS and PQR.
