Minimum welder qualification thickness

My question is as per ASME SEX-IX,

MINIMUM WELDER QUALIFICATION THICKNESS RANGE WHERE IT IS GIVEN ?

there is no minimum deposited metal thickness for the welder. Only maximum to be welded.
The minimum depends only on the applicable WPS
