L.O.P Criteria according to AWS D1.1

whats the L.O.P Visual Inspection Acceptance Criteria according to AWS D1.1 ?

Dear Sir

 

Regarding table 6.1 point 2 – weld/base metal fusion complete fusion is required so lack of penetration is not allowed for full penetration welds. For partial penetration welds the actual depth of penetration can’t be examined by visual examination.

Dear Mehdi,

Referring to AWS D1.1 Table 6.1 "Complete  fusion shall exist between adjacent layers of weld metal and between weld metal and base metal" but if the joint welding symbol mentioned CJP, BG, FP then no acceptance criteria for LOP.
