Dear Experts,
I have a query regarding procedure qualification.
1) For groove PQR- I required PQR of P1 to P1 material, but I have Carbon steel Cladded plate. Can I use C.S+ S.S Cladded plate for Procedure qualification or Clad is required to remove??
2) For Overlay PQR:- I have C.S+SS Clad plate.Can I use that plate for procedure qualification.
