Regarding Welding of 0.5 & 0.8 mm thk sheet

Dear Experts,

We are doing manual TIG Welding of cassette to cassette of thk 0.5mm and 0.8mm. But material is not get fused properly at various locations.

Here is the attached photo.

Kindly suggest the procedure for improvements.

Hope it is autogeneous weld.

Increase little weld current slower speed and good clamping.
