Piping materials for Ammonia Service in Refrigeration plant

Dear Experts,

In cold storage plant the freezer room designed for minus 28deg C. Connecting vessels like LP/HP Receivers are are designed for minus 5 deg and hydro test requirements are 24 kg/cm2 design code ASME Sec VIII Div1, where as piping is used as IS 1239. Can it be used IS1239 Part 1&2 Pipes and fitting( ERW pipes & fittings) for the Ammonia gas Services in a refrigeration piping system. please through some light on the how selection of material and code acceptance.
