Impact test requirement for Reinforcing pad plate for Non Sour Service

Hi team,

Kindly advice the requirement of impact test for Reinforcing pad plate which is welded to the main header. Kindly note that the main header pipe is already impact tested.

Service: Non Sour

Lateral Material: SS316/316L

Lateral Sizes: 

60" X 30" 

60" X 42" and 

60" X 52"

Code: ASME B31.3
