Query - Regarding the Changes from Previous edition for Welding Procedure Qualifications in AWS D1.1

Dear Experts,
Iam sandeep.Raghavan. Iam Writing this E-Mail in relation with the Confusion that I am Facing regarding the Changes in AWS D1.1: 2020 compared to 2015 Edition.
In AWS D1.1:2015, Table 4.5, Point No.27(General), It is mentioned as , A Change in position not qualified by Table 4.1 or 9.9 which are range of qualifications for Welding position for Welding Procedure in Plates & Tubular Sections Respectively.
But as it Comes in AWS D1.1:2020, The table is replaced by Table 6.5 which mentions , A Change in position not qualified by Table 6.1 or 6.10. Again 6.1 is equivalent to 4.1. But 6.10 is for Welder & Welding operator Qualification Requirements. As per this clause, I feel Contradictions.(For Eg: 3G qualifies only Vertical as per 6.1 & Flat, Horizontal & Vertical as per Table 6.10). I believe this must be a Typo Error.
Also In AWS D1.1:2015, for CVN Requirements, 3G Vertical qualifies all position(Table 4.6, Point 6). But the same clause is missing in AWS D1.1:2020.
Please clarify my above queries.
