Distortion controlling method while using ASTM A 588 grade steel.

Dear Experts,

We are working for a client with ASTM 588 grade B material which is atmospheric corrosion resisting steel.

With SMAW and ASW E 8018 W2 electrode.

We are facing distortion problems -  bend / tilt, while fabricating of I beam structures.

Even after giving adequate supports distortion happening.

My question is is by heating the job and rectification is the only process OR cold pressed rolling is advisable for this material.

Please advice.
