Can anyone suggest suitable filler wires for welding of SS 310 tubes to SS 316L tube sheet?
Does lack of Mo in ER 310 filler wires makes them unsuitable for the use in hydro-carbon service?
Can we use ER 309L Mo ?

ER309L Mo is generally most suitable filler wire.

Thanks,

Amol

If the operating temperature is high, I would seriously consider ERNiCr-3 (Alloy 82) rather than trying to solve the problem by moving from ER310 → ER309LMo.

Nickel-alloy fillers are frequently used for difficult dissimilar-metal joints because they tolerate the chemistry gradient/dilution between different alloys and can provide a more forgiving weld-metal structure. This is especially relevant if PWHT or substantial thermal cycling is involved.
