How we decide the electrical parameters of WPS. Will it be the same as PQR or what is the limit.

While Qualifying PQR, you use the welding consumable manufacturer's reference for Electrical Characteristics and calculate Heat Input/

After Qualifying PQR with the exact values you can specify within above range while preparing WPS/

When Impact test is a requirement. (supplementary essential comes into play) and snap shot of requirement from ASME Sec.IX below.
