kittery maine fd - big changes

Kittery Fire Department is selling their 2024 KME heavy rescue through
an apparatus broker. The apparatus was purchased prior to the
department receiving funding to transition to full time firefighters.
The truck is being sold to then use the funds to purchase a pumper,
which will better suit the department under it's new configuration.
