short video of 6 "looters" arrested - looks like 6 teens and 2 cops -
2 teens dont have cuffs on - were they looking for food? - it was
daytime - at fort myers beach - maybe were real looters - maybe not -
they did not have backpacks
no guarantee that another hurricane will not hit
