what a screwed up mess

note - 22 miles by boat from Provincetown to Barnstable Harbor

note - the new USCG 45 foot boats have a top speed of over 40 knots -
just saying

note - Provincetown does have a US Coast Guard boat station

note - Provincetown does have an airport - they could probably fly a
fixed wing medevac plane out of there and make a profit - in the
summer at least
