first time ever we are hearing this - 23 years later
was archived in 2003 apparently
is this 153.83? or is this the 154.43 repeater at the WTC?
units were reaching the 70th floor area at this time
4 minute audio recording - time compressed probably - pockets of dead
air were edited out possibly or not recorded / vox
