Boston UCC ? - some TOC ?

I am guessing that a UCC has inter disciplinary participants - police and fire or police and ems or similar

I am guessing that a TOC involves just 1 discipline - just police or just fire or just hazmat

I am guessing that there is just 1 MACC - at Framingham - that is the mega command center

I am guessing that an EOC is very similar to a UCC - maybe a UCC is a mobile / non stationary entity - while a EOC is a fixed location

Lots of guessing here - anyone got a copy of THE PLAN?
