just took 13 minutes for winchester medics to arrive at an ems call on
avola street
not sure why p14 was not sent from arlington center where they just
got cancelled from a call on avon place

belmont rescue took 15 minutes to reach 37 drake
seems that lexington is now refusing to send an ambulance to calls in arlington
