will this be the first edict from Elong? all children will be numbered
by the government - much more efficient than giving names - in fact -
all first names should be numbers - such as '137 Smith' or "25487
Yablonski" etc - however the numbers will also need 2 capital letters

that way kids names wont get confused for addresses - so kids names
will be like "137AB Smith" or "25487DS Yablonski" hell - lets use the
addresses as part of the names - any kid born in this bld will be
'1A4Winslow Smith" or "2C4Winslow Yablonski"
