rescue 46 and chief 3 are apparently fire units - (going to battle)

would be interesting to see exactly what time those messages occurred

air 30 is the louisville pd helo from bowman field (per comment) -
about 5 miles to NE iirc

from broadcastify calls - apparently Louisville just sent Batt 3 + Eng
1 + Truck 1 at 515 - and then sent chief 5 at 523 - and then sent
hazmat 1 at 527 - and then sent Quint 25 at 528

actually there was another dispatch from Louisville FD - it was at
1723 hours - it was for - Truck 8 + Quint 9 + Eng 18 + Eng 16 + Eng 15
+ Eng 18

there is no radio traffic from the primary safety freq at the airport
at broadcastify comms - not sure why

on Airport Public Safety Channel 2 (TG 1602) - at 1713 pm - a woman
calmly says "theres an explosion" - at 1714 a woman says "is anyone
from Ops available"? - at 1725 Chief 1 calls Radio on 2 - he wants to
confirm that AOC was activated - at 1726 mention of full recall - at
1727 a requst to confirm that it is a UPS p;ane and apparently UPS
confirms it on the channel

best case scenario - city fd + subruban fds + airport pso + ang fd
were all alerted at the same time

we have heard the city radio traffic and the county radio traffic -
city initially sent 1 engine and 1 ladder - county initially sent 3
engines and 2 ladders approx - airport psd sent at least 1 crash truck
(crash 49 iirc per ground control freq tape) - and ang fd apparently
sent 4 rigs and 8 people

one major issue here is that all 4 agencies apparently operate on
different radio channels - and not all units have AM aviation radios
of course - maybe just the airport authority fire trucks and the ang
fire trucks have AM aviation radios

so maybe 2 or 3 major issues here - 4 different dispatch systems -
multi different agencies on the first alarm - multi different radio
channels - (Fire 1 TG + Fire 5 TG + airport pso freqs or TGs + ang
freqs - plus - ground control channel plus tower channel plus maybe
departure channel) - plus airport ops chanels and UPS channels and PD
channels and ambulance channels - all in use on the initial dispatch -
YIKES
