med 4 getting killed on 461.45 by the digital station
dispatcher says - "Med 4 - any chance you can try OuterLink?"
we can hear the digital signal under the dispatcher even with the PL
on on the BaoFeng
1737 hours ish

still happening - have not listened to the channel in ages - at 2100
punched in the channel (461.45) in my receiver- at 2103 heard the
digital station - at 2112 punched in PL 107.2 - at 2130 pilot says
"you were broken and unreadable"
only took 30 minutes to confirm that the channel is still crap
